Beatriz Junqueira e Daniel Ishii estão convocados para representar o Brasil no Mundial de Golfe Amador, marcado para o Carton House Golf Club, em Maynooth, na Irlanda, de 29 de agosto a 8 de setembro.
Os dois representantes do Itanhangá Golf Club formarão a equipe brasileira com Lauren Grinberg, Laura Caetano, Lucas Park e Herik Machado. Roberto Gomes, como delegado e capitão; e Luiz Miyamura, como técnico, completam a delegação.
O Mundial Amador, conhecido como WATC (World Amateur Team Championships), é organizado pela International Golf Federation.
